Bluemont Lakes

The Bluemont Lakes neighborhood, located in south Fargo, became part of the city between 1975 and 1986. The neighborhood is predominately residential and is bordered by two of the cty’s major commercial areas—25th Street and 32nd Avenue. The neighborhood has easy access to more than a dozen restaurants, a grocery store, Innovis Health Center, Meritcare Southpointe Clinic, a branch of the Fargo Public Library, retail shops and more. For recreation opportunities the newly developed Ed Clapp Park is also located on the south central edge of this neighborhood as well as Woodbury Park in the northwest corner.
