Lewis & Clark

The Lewis & Clark neighborhood gets its name from Lewis and Clark Elementary School. It consists of a good mix of housing types. Roughly 60 percent of the housing in the area is owner-occupied. The neighborhood is bordered by some of the community’s major thoroughfares—University Drive, I-94 and 13th Avenue South. University Drive is a commercial corridor that gives the neighborhood’s residents access to a range of restaurants, retail opportunities and services.
