Village West
The Village West neighborhood is located on Fargo’s west side along two of the community’s fastest growing commercial corridors, 13th Avenue and 45th Street. The neighborhood is predominantly comprised of rental units. However, there are more than 135 single-family detached units in the area, in addition to the Buena Vista mobile home development.
